Beth Heffernan is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been teaching since 1997. She has studied with senior teachers in the U.S. since 1985 and has studied with the Iyengar family in India most recently in 2000 and 2003. Beth encourages her students to study and understand Asana from a physical and spiritual dimension. Beth has a warm, encouraging approach that facilitates confidence and ease in the yoga practitioner.
Beth is also available for private and group sessions.
