Seva has 23 years experience in yoga studies and personal practice. She has been teaching yoga for 13 years. In 2003 she began her studies of Iyengar Yoga and in 2005 entered the Iyengar teacher training program with Peggy Kelley and Devon Dederich. Classes with her teachers in Austin, Geeta Iyengar and other senior Iyengar teachers have inspired her practice and classes. Seva's instruction is compassionate, methodical, precise and dynamic, leading to an aliveness in the body, stillness in the mind and happiness in the heart.
